6 ways to fight air pollution



First thing, if you want to avoid pollution you must plant plants like peepal, neem, tulsi, and snake plant in your vicinity.


Second thing, which you should do, is to detoxify your body and the best way to do so is to consume Amla, that is Indian goose berry every day.










Third thing, every day you must consume triphala, after 45 minutes of dinner.

Fourth thing, after coming from the school/college/office put 2 drops of Mustard oil in each nostril, as this is the best way to keep your nostrils clean.

Fifth thing, begin your day with 10 minutes breathing on vaporizer.

Sixth thing, do anulom vilom and kapaal bhaati for 10 minutes every day.
